Extended Look is out now
GTA 6 Updates (@gtasix_) and GTA 6 Countdown (@GTAVI_Countdown) confirmed the Extended Look finished its Netflix premiere on August 27, 2026. Rockstar published the same 26-minute showcase on YouTube and rockstargames.com/VI six hours after the Netflix window opened at 3PM Eastern.
26 minutes on base PS5
Trackers including GTA 6 Latino report the entire showcase was captured on a base PlayStation 5, not PS5 Pro hardware. Runtime sits at 26 minutes of in-game footage with subtitles in 13 languages on Netflix.
What fans watched
The showcase delivered NPC crowds, a car chase, third-person shooting, character switching, and a montage of open-world activities. For most community trackers this replaced the daily CyberLeek leak clip cycle with authorized footage.
